Morning all - We hope you all got a good nights sleep and are raring to go for todays County Final. Some tips and checks for you to do to make sure your ready for the day ahead!
First off if your reading this in bed - Get up will ya!
Tis important to get a good Breakfast into you - Its not just the players will need stamina for a big match but the supporters too.
Best of luck to our 11 U13 Hurlers who are playing with South East Clare in the Semi Final of the Clare Divisional U13 Tournament this morning in Caherlohan at 10AM as part of the trials for the Clare U14 squad in 2025. If your looking for something to do call up for a look and cheer them on.
At 11am in the Clubhouse the Camogie club will be face painting the Bridge Colors onto any supporter who wishes to avail of a free makeover. This will run from 11am to 11.45, More info here
The graveyards will be busy as is tradition on county final morning with many Bridge supporters visiting club stalwarts, supporters and loved one and saying the quiet prayer for a bit of sway with the man above on any 50/50 decision.
Make sure you have your match tickets sorted to save you time in the queue - Tickets info available here
Have you transport sorted - remember the train is an option... 12:50 Train from the Bridge will have you in Ennis for 13:07 and the train home departing Ennis at 17:25 will have you in the Bridge at 17:41.
Don't forget the Rain gear - As Mike Glynn would say as he greets you on his walks around the 'Bridge - "A wise man brings an umbrella on a dry day".
And finally remember the game throws in at 2:30PM in Cusack Park in Ennis. Get there early as a big crowd is expected. Wear your club colors, Encourage the kids to bring the hurley and ball and shout on their heros here
All supporters are encouraged to join the Bridge Bellowers gathering at 1:45 behind the Aldi Goals and shout on our team ....
