1992 was a famous year in Clare GAA circles when John Maughan lead Clare to a Munster football title but it was also seeing the dawn of a new era in Bridge hurling with the emergence of new talent on the senior team which would go on to dominate the local championship winning 3 titles in 4 years (92.93,95) capped off with the All Ireland Club win in 1996.

The team saw the gelling of youth including Rusty, Holla, Padraig Mac (RIP), Bomber, Alan White and Fitzy who were part of an underage conveyor belt which won all underage titles with the exception of Minor along with the maturing Fletcher (Captain) and Sox backed up by the experienced Toc, Stack, Magow, Quilligan and Morey to deliver a most formiddable outfit.

Christy Cra Murray was manager with Liam Donoghue, John Corbett, Noel (The Case) Casey and current club Chairman Paddy Meehan completing the backroom team.

This Sunday the team of 1992 & 1993 will be honoured at half time on County Final day as part of their Silver Jubilee celebrations and we congratulate them all and thank them for the service they have given to the club as foot soldiers in the saffron & blue and now in a voluntary capacity in running the club and coaching teams. We would also like to remember Padraig McNamara & Barry Quinn who have since passed away and was a big contributor to the success.
