Harty Cup
All roads lead to Clarecastle this Wednesday for what is essentially a winner takes all when St Flannans face Ard Scoil Rís in an eagerly anticipated Harty Cup game. Our minor captain Jack O'Halloran is set to line out in the Full back line for the Limerick based school while other Bridge boys on the Harty panel are Conor Gleeson, Dónal O Leary, Dylan Keogh, Cuan Mac Giolla Cearra and Cillian Murphy.
Our minor winning goalie Conor Keogh will be part of the Flannans squad.
The game throws in at 1:30 and is definitely worth attending not just for the high standard of hurling expected but also to witness the banter and atmosphere between rival supporters as bus loads of fans are set to cross the border from Ard Scoil along with an army of supporters set to march down from St Flannans college.
On Wednesday Cathal Ryan will be part of the Tulla squad who face CBC Cork in round 3 of the Harty cup.
On Tuesday St. Caimins will face Ennistymon in Round 3 of the TUS Corn Risteard Ui Mhathuna Cup in Clarecastle.
Best of luck to all our boys.
