This Sunday sees the clash of neighbors Sixmilebridge and Clonlara in the 2015 Junior A final in Broadford at 2PM. Both clubs have been the standout teams at this level in 2015 with the Bridge gettign their year off to a great start winning the league. They met Clonlara earlier in the championship on August 1st and because this is over 2 months ago now it will not stand for much come Sunday. While Clonlara had a huge win over Eire Og in the Semi Final, the Bridge boys have a never say die attitude and have a habit of grinding out results which they hope will see them over the line on Sunday.
To date Clonlara have 2 Junior A Championships winnning in 1973 & 1999 while it is 34 years since the Bridge won the Junior A title adding to 3 previous wins in 1947 (Cappa), 1956 (Cappa) and 1950.
