Sixmilebridge started well with a goal from Amy Quinn, Tulla replied soon after with a point. Aoibhín McNamara was on a roll when she added two points before rattling the Tulla net. At half time Sixmilebridge led with a score of 2-2 to 0-1.
In the second half McNamara split the posts before Tulla came back with a goal. Quinn then shot for her second goal of the day. Tulla answered again with a point. McNarara added another 1-1 before teammate Sarah Keogh put one over the bar. The visitors added their final point, while McNamara and Lily Mahon scored one a piece.
