Seadna Morey will wear the No. 7 jersey, Cathal Malone will wear the No. 10 jersey and Jamie Shanahan will don the No. 19 jersey for the Munster Championship opener against Cork in Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Sunday. This is the start of the new round robin format which will see Clare playing two games in Cusack Park this year. 

Best of luck to the lads named on the match day squad and also to Brian Corry and Shane Golden who are in the extended panel. 

As usual Doc Quinn will also be togging on Sunday continuing a fine tradition of sports medicine with Clare teams down through the years.

We also wish Shane Whyte the best of luck as he lines out as sub goalie for the Minor team before the Senior match.

The ‘Bridge will also have representation in the half time primary schools games with Daniel Chaplin, Sixmilebridge National School and Dara Fitzgerald, Kilmurry National School featuring.

Watch out for the Sixmilebridge ultras!, up to 70 of then u10 and u12 who will take their seats in Páirc Ui Chaoimh to cheer on Clare. They will all have played various challenges against different Cork club teams at that stage!
