Both of our Academy Teams were in action at O'Garney Park in the last couple of weeks, the opposition for both matches was Kilmaley.
The Academy A team were in the Shield Final and the Academy C team were in the Shield Semi final.
The Academy A team played very well overall with some excellent performances across the pitch.
The Academy C team also put in a great effort and were only very narrowly beaten in the end.
Well done to both teams who put in a great effort but unfortunately just came out on the wrong side of the result on the day.
The boys have shown some excellent progress this year and have shown that playing matches really does benefit them hugely.
