With Christmas behind us the training regimes for the Fittest Superstars are swinging into action. Rumours are flying of ramps being erected in back gardens and secret hang tough bars in garages across the parish.

Over the next week we'll be introducing you to our teams here and at our Launch Night next Friday the 11th in Gleeson's at 8.30pm where all our teams and their family and friends are more than welcome.
