The very popular fitness group Toggin Out are after reviewing their first term with some very appealing new initiatives to accommodate existing and new members. This group will be introducing different training groups during training nights:
Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8PM
Saturdays @ 8AM
Venue: Meet at main club grounds at O'Garney Park
These sessions will consist of small individual groups who want to walk, jog, run, strength and conditioning, stretching or a combination of individual preferences .The Toggin Out group is open to any individual male or female with no age limit who want to start 2019 with a desire to improve their fitness and well being. Looking forward to welcoming back the 2018 group and to encouraging the new members Tuesday night.
