Final fundraiser for Clares Fittest Superstars takes place this weekend with 2 teams having events on Sunday and Monday night.

Nellys 90s Reunion

First up we have a Nellys 90s Reunion Party in Durty Nellys (Upstairs) this Sunday night starting around 9:30. Entertainment on the night will be by that famous duo from the Bunratty night out Pat Hayes & Cathal Jones. Food will be provided on the night. Tickets €10 and available at the door.

Golf Balls

Golf balls on the street this easter monday evening.

Starting time for this event is at 5pm where there will be a few games with easter eggs for prizes for a lucky few as a warmup to the main event.

The releasing of hundreds of golf balls down the street will occur between 545 - 6. Please be on time as this will go ahead as scheduled due to the reopening of the road.

Starting point for release is at the pedestrian crossing outsides Mrs breens & finishing zone is around the cozy cottage. The balls will have to navigate through a few tough obstacles before one lucky ball & person will land a "hole in one" for the fantastic prize of €1000.

All the golf balls have been numbered individually to represent all who have purchased a ball for €5 for this event. Please check with representatives for your number/numbers.

There is balls still available for sponsorship & these will be on sale on the evening up to 5.30. There is also plenty of cards currently around the village available for sponsorship. €5 per ball.

Road is closed from 3-7.

This will be a thoroughly enjoyable way to spend easter monday evening and this event will be especially enjoyable for all the kids.
