This event is free of charge and is part of the Sixmilebridge GAA Club Healthy Club Programme - FitIn

The FitIn program is a concept in Promoting Education & Awareness and Health & Well-being in our community under the leadership of Damian Landy. This is part of a series of talks already undertaken including Internet Safety and Healthy Eating with more to follow. FitIn also provides an active environment such as the Togging Out group on Saturday Mornings (8am) where people can train and get fitter in a fun environment.
