Hi Everybody,

We are starting an Easter weekend where we would normally be touring the county for league games and our U14s would be in full swing with the odd one or 5 Easter eggs thrown into the mix. However unfortunately things are aloy different ... Most of you will by now have heard An Taoiseach speaking to us and asking us to stay at home until May. This is a necessity.

As a community, we have done so much already in following what has been asked of us. Sixmilebridge GAA along with other organisations is centrally involved in the voluntary effort to help those in our community that must cocoon themselves. Thanks to all who have offered their assistance to date and their contact details are with John our Secretary for when the need arises. We in the Bridge GAA and the community as a whole will step up and provide whatever help we can offer. Thanks so much to all for the efforts to date.

Please take out your club colours and fly them from your house over the weekend as a mark of solidarity with our community and our health workers who continue to selflessly do what needs to be done.
