Some great performances recorded on the track today with the Brew father and son duo out early with 13 year old MJ setting a super time of 49:52 for the 10K.

Mike Morey has set the pace for the Moreys to follow with a time of 58:15 for his 10K - He better keep his phone on as the junior B gaffer will be onto him for the season ahead with a performance like that. No pressure Caimin, Seadhna, Chloe and Alex.
