The Bridge Minors got their 2021 championship campaign off to a winning start away to 2020 Minor finalists Clarecastle with a 4 point win.

The Bridge starting 15 included 3 of the U15 team who were recently crowned county champions as well as 4 U16s and 8 players on the age so it was a huge experience playing at this level for number of the boys who performed admirably.

Next up is the visit of Eire Og to the Bridge next week in round 2.
