The very popular fitness group Toggin Out returns on Tuesday night for 2022.
The group and sessions are coordinated by Brian O' Neill and train in the Astro Turf at the back of the main stand and on the running track around the field at O' Garney Park.
On the go since 2018, the Toggin Out group is open to Men and Women with no age limit and who wish to improve their fitness and well being. Oh and there's the odd bit of 'craic' as well!
At the sessions, there will be opportunity to walk, jog, run, as well as strength and conditioning, stretching or a combination of individual preferences.
Looking forward to welcoming back the 2021 group and to encouraging previous and new members Tuesday night for the coming year. Or drop in any evening/morning as per the schedule below.
