Our U11 hurlers are hitting the road in the coming weeks with a number of tournaments taking place - they have been busy in recent weeks playing Newport (Tipperary), Ballyea (Go Games) and last night visited Patrickswell (Limerick).
This Sunday is a massive day for Clare hurling supporters and the Bridge U11s will be in hurling mode all day with their own warmup game for the Munster Final against Holycross Ballycahill on Sunday morning before heading for Tom Semples Field in the afternoon.
The following Sunday we will visit St Patricks Ballyragget in Kilkenny for a tournament including teams from Tipperary (Silvermines), Kilkenny (Dicksboro), Galway (Athenry), Cork (Blackrock), Wexford (Oulart the Ballagh), Limerick (Patrickswell), Dublin (Cuala & Kilmacud Crokes) and Kildare (Naas). A number of other road trips are also in the planning stages so as well as improving our hurling our Geography will be top of the class also!
